I was blown away by the exceptional level of service at this hotel. the staff not only provided excellent taxi tips for getting around the area, but also went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, including ironing facilities in the room. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the flat-screen TV in the room provided great entertainment options. the close proximity to dining options like the Food Academy and Frankie & Benny's made it convenient to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far. Overall, this hotel exceeded my high expectations in every way and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience.
